YCP practices current COVID protocols with sanitising and social distancing at the forefront for the comfort and safety for all. Any modifications to the current Qld Health directives will be adhered to as requested by the authorities. Guests are required to not attend if experiencing any FLU LIKE symptoms (see below for terms and conditions surrounding non-attendance due to ill health).

cancellations and refunds (ADULT sip and paint events - art journaling / mixed media workshops)

  • Adult sip and paint events cancellations surcharge ***$15 per ticket will be deducted if a refund is requested with less than one week’s notice from the date of proposed event and may be given at the discretion of YCP management.  (This surcharge applies for whole group or individuals cancelling to cover materials purchased in good faith for the event).  *** This includes the $3 processing/booking fee.

  • Art journaling and mixed media workshops cancellations surcharge ***minimum $15 per ticket or the cost of the KIT supplied depending on the overall cost of materials purchased and supplied for the workshop *** This includes the $3 processing/booking fee.

  • No refunds given for ‘no shows’ or cancellations on the day of event.  A ticket holder may be given a ‘coupon’, by contacting the studio personally, but this is at the discretion of YCP management. (Coupons, once given, cannot be refunded whatsoever).

  • If an event is cancelled by Your Creative Palette due to emergency circumstances a full refund will be issued to all ticket purchasers.

  • (*$3.00 booking and processing fee is generally absorbed by the studio when purchasing tickets however, any refunds will incur $3.00 surcharge to cover the processing fee). 

  • *** This includes the $3 processing/booking fee.
