Begin the process for booking your event by completing the ‘event details’ (name for event e.g. Sally’s birthday, day/date and time for event, number of tickets required, painting choice).

1. Proceed to the payment section to complete your purchase.

2. An email will be sent confirming your purchase.

3. YCP admin will confirm the availability of the date and time requested and set up a private event (with password) for other group members to pre-purchase own tickets (if the requested date/time is not available you will be contacted immediately to discuss an alternative option).

4. All tickets for these events are to be pre-purchased prior to the event taking place (at least 24 hours before).

5. A table is available if you wish to bring in drinks, party food/cake and a refrigerator is available for your use (IN studio parties only).

6. IN STUDIO parties - minimum 6 participants … maximum 8 participants $35 per person

7. EXTERNAL parties - minimum 10 participants … maximum 15 participants $36 per person (organiser pay $35 for deposit ticket). Tables and chairs for guests are to be provided by organiser for external events. All painting materials included in cost of ticket.

8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS when purchasing tickets …

   ·     NO refunds issued for NO SHOWS or late notice cancellations. In the event of illness due to COVID a coupon may be offered for later use - no refund will be offered.

   ·     Refunds are only offered under extreme circumstances and given at the discretion of management and will be subject to a $15 per ticket surcharge for late notice to cover costs incurred by studio.

   ·     No refunds given for event cancellation made by your group organiser.

   ·     Full refund given if event is cancelled by management of Your Creative Palette.
